The pipe to our kitchen sink busted during the winter storm. After it was determined that the city was not going to pay for the damages my mother began to obtain several quotes. Most quotes were thru the roof and my mother is not well off financially. Mr. Frank Torres who works for Coppera Plumbing saw my mother’s situation and gave her a humane and fair quote.
