As the Human Resources Manager, Taylor is the authority on creating excellent Company Culture at COPPERA, LLC. She manages all recruiting, on-boarding, benefits, and employee relations. Taylor has a passion for people and ensures our employees are well-taken care of by performing monthly trainings, ensuring the field crew is equipped with the proper safety gear and providing support to all employees both professionally and personally.

Taylor attended Texas State University where she majored in Public Administration. Taylor serves as historian on the PTO Board at her children’s school and enjoys being an active participant in her community.
