Rhonda entered the plumbing industry in 1980. Her experience comes from the startup of a joint business venture with her husband many years ago. She worked on the finance side of the business while her husband worked with their customers. She learned the in’s and out’s of running a small business while raising her four children from home.
Rhonda invested in the startup of COPPERA, LLC in 2007 when she hired Sam Dowdy Jr. to run and manage the new company. Rhonda oversees all aspects of the company through her managers on a monthly basis. As president, Rhonda focuses on the company’s continued growth and stable financial structure. Rhonda is dedicated to her faith, her family, and her businesses.
